About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Python Developer

with strong expertise in

FastAPI

to join our team and contribute to an exciting

Reinforcement Learning (RL) Gym project

. You will design, build, and optimize scalable APIs, work closely with ML engineers and researchers, and deliver high-quality backend services that power reinforcement learning experiments and simulations.Prior experience with

RL Gym

is not mandatory but will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain

FastAPI-based services

for experimentation workflows and simulation environments.Collaborate with

ML engineers

to expose APIs for training, evaluation, and benchmarking.Write

efficient, production-grade Python code

with a strong emphasis on scalability and maintainability.Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize pipelines, and ensure smooth deployment of applications.Implement and maintain

best practices in software engineering

, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.

Requirements

3+ years

of professional Python development experience.Strong expertise in

FastAPI

(experience in Flask/Django acceptable, but FastAPI proficiency is required).Solid knowledge of

REST APIs

,

async programming

, and

API lifecycle management

.Strong foundation in

software engineering principles

(testing, CI/CD, design patterns, version control).Familiarity with

NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch/TensorFlow

is a plus.Exposure to

Reinforcement Learning environments

(OpenAI Gym, Gymnasium, Stable Baselines, or custom environments) is desirable.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
