Python Developer (Django)

As a skilled and experienced Backend Python Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Django, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs that power applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions using Python and Django. - Building and integrating RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications and third-party services. - Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices. - Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Maintaining code quality through automated tests, code reviews, and continuous integration. - Optimizing performance of applications, including database queries and caching strategies. - Participating in architectural discussions and contributing to technical documentation. - Deploying and maintaining applications on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred). - Ensuring adherence to security and data protection best practices. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python, with solid knowledge of Django framework. - Proficiency in building RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF). - Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs. - Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend frameworks like React.js or server-side JavaScript with Node.js. - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
