Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to complex projects. The role requires expertise in Python, modern frameworks, and scalable application design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Python applications and services with clean, efficient, well-documented code
Build and maintain APIs; integrate with third-party services
Optimize performance, scalability, and application reliability
Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
Write unit and integration tests; ensure CI/CD and deployment quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and other developers

Required Skills:

3-5 years professional Python experience (Python 3 x)
Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI
Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks
Version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) knowledge is a plus
Agile development experience; strong understanding of design patterns and testing frameworks

Preferred

Asynchronous programming, microservices, message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), caching, data processing (Pandas, NumPy, Spark)
Fintech domain experience, ML libraries, or data visualization tools
