Role Overview:

We are seeking a Python Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools for internal sales, distribution, and operations teams. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating generative AI models, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions to enhance business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, code, test, and deploy AI-based applications with robust and maintainable architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate generative AI algorithms into software products.
Maintain and optimize existing systems; implement new features based on user feedback.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
Provide training and technical support to end-users.
Research and implement emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
413 years of experience in software development, particularly AI-based applications.
Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Django/FastAPI); frontend skills (React) are a plus.
Experience in full-stack development and AI integration in business processes.
Certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, or data science are desirable.
