Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute test scenarios  and report findings.
• Identify and automate repetetive jobs.
• Development of Automation Framework
• Apply processes and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement (RoE: Return on Experience, process,)

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech 

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.
• Strong Communication and Inter-personnel skills.
• Ability to understand requirements, clarify questions and communicate when in need with focus on converting  requirements into test plan, test cases and test execution, generating test reports and sharing key results will be on highly required in this role. 

TECHNICAL

• 5 to 8 years of experience in testing complex software/systems.

• Automation testing

  experience (mandatory) :

• Automation using

  Python

  and

  Robot Framework(mandatory)

• Experience in Test Complete with

  C#

  or

  Python

• Experience in performance &

  robustness testing

  for

  Microservices

  applications.

• Experience in Rabit

  MQ

  , docker

• Experience to

  Kubernetes

  & Distributed

  System architecture

• Experience in Automation Framework
• SQL, OPC, XML
• Requirement management and Traceability
• Strong Communication and Inter-personnel skills.
• Good knowledge on verification & validation methodology and processes.
• Experience in testing safety critical systems
• Requirement management and Traceability
• Preferable Railway systems knowledge & Transport domain Knowledge
• Preferred from Engineering Captive Units or signaling companies
