Python Architect

You are a highly experienced Python Architect sought for a 3+ month contract position with the potential for extension based on project demands and individual performance. Your role will entail leading the design and development of robust, scalable Python applications and microservices. You will be responsible for defining and enforcing architectural best practices, coding standards, and system design guidelines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will build cloud-native applications on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Your duties will also include conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization. As a mentor, you will guide team members and ensure high code quality through automation and best practices. Supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration for smooth deployments will be essential, along with preparing technical documentation for architecture, processes, and solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 11 years of professional experience in software development, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead role. Proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI is required. A strong grasp of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration is essential. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is also necessary. Experience in designing scalable and secure systems, coupled with strong database knowledge in SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), is expected. Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis) is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are key attributes for this role.,
