Job Description

Mandatory Skills : Python , Pytestany cloud. Pytest Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, providing technical guidance and support. Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient healthcare IT solutions using Python. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Pytest to ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and healthcare professionals, to gather and clarify requirements. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare IT, Python, and testing frameworks. Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask. Extensive experience with Pytest for writing and maintaining automated tests. Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proficiency in database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in a Technical Lead or similar role within the healthcare IT sector. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
