Workday experience 4-6 years of IT and 2+ years of Workday experience in implementation / support / rollout projects. At least 2 full project lifecycle implementations with Workday.

Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge.

Good understanding and application of SDLC or Agile project methodologies.

Experience as a team lead and/or mentor.

Deep of Workday HCM Application including Org Structures, Compensation, Job Profiles, Security, Business Processes Responsibility Integration resource with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Workday Integration / Functional area Have conducted requirement gathering sessions, design workshops for client.

Strong Communication skills

Should be well versed with Wokday DA processes. Should be able to lead the team.

Provide regular updates to Customer and Management.

Able to independently work with teams globally.

Qualification - Preferences Relevant Active Workday Certification is must Domain experience/exposure Flexibile to work in different time zones Integration : Create Technical Design from Functional Requirements Build Interface of various types Core Connector, EIB, PICOF/PECI, Studio Integrations (Inbound/Outbound), Payroll Interface: PICOF/ PECI Build different types of reports Advance, Matrix; Calculated fields .
