PVD OPERATOR

Job Description

Basic Degree : Mechanical Engineering Placement Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Experience : Atleast 4-5 years in PVD coating on metals. As Plant Production In Charge, the candidate should be able to perform the following tasks: - Ø Complete service Activities of PVD, CVD, VHT, Decorative Coatings and utility equipments. Ø Service of Spares for Plants and Utility equipments. Ø Arranging and Monitoring of service contracts for Utility items. Ø Monitoring of Plant capacity utilization, Preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, Organising etc. Ø Monitoring plant requirements, tool mixing, Production planning and monitoring. Ø Work scheduling of workers. Ø Fixture management and arrangement of fixture of tools. Ø Monitoring rejection control and corrective actions. Ø Raw material planning and inform to top level. Ø Provide Training to workman for rejection control and day-to-day maintenance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
