Screen local vendors Assures local capacity by risk management policy Seek for new vendors and qualifies them according to Internal instruction NCGI 083 Negotiates best possible conditions with vendors and forward Material information as per 1a (above) to Padma To negotiate contracts as per NCGI 083 To keep Suppliers on track and improving their performances using any available means. ( travelling, etc) Assures Global commodities performance Request and claims in case of need Material information as per 1a (above) to Global commodities Assist global commodities at Indian level if they are not capable to perform on time and report to Supply Chain Director in such case Follows and applies Indian internal SCM procedures in regards to Sourcing Monitors, controls and reports appointed KPIs for internal and external performance to(cost related) Plant Manager Supply Chain Director
