Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement relevant strategies such as production outsourcing and category procurement.
• Develop and maintain supplier resources, conduct effective performance management, and establish strategic cooperative relationships.
• Control procurement costs, formulate and promote the implementation of cost reduction plans, and conduct thorough cost analysis.
• Follow up on purchase orders, ensure materials are delivered on time, with qualified quality and sufficient quantity, and handle abnormal issues such as delivery and quality problems.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to advance procurement-related work and control various risks in the procurement process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
• Proficient in both

  Chinese and English

• 12 years of working experience, and having managed large-scale mechanical and electrical projects;

• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to lead a team independently in large-scale projects;
• Have outstanding emergency response and crisis management capabilities;
