Purchase & Stores Supervisor

As a Purchasing Manager at our hotel, you will report directly to the General Manager and operate within the guidelines and protocols outlined in the corporate purchasing policies. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with the hotel's Mission Statement and values, as well as incorporating the Ecotel action plan into all purchasing activities. Your duties will involve finalizing annual contracts for the Fern and other units of KHIL, overseeing the procurement process for the hotel's requirements, and conducting regular purchase training sessions. Additionally, you will utilize the performance appraisals system to evaluate the purchase team's performance and identify any development needs. To excel in this role, you must stay informed about the latest purchasing trends and continuously strive to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing function within the organization.,
