Purchase Manager

1. Coordinating with AHEL Pharmacy - Units

(a) For their New Surgical Product Requirement & Support Sourcing,

(b) Follow up with IT & Vitamed for the Product Availability & Gold Code Creation,

(c) Initiate Negotiation coordination with Vitamed & Company,

(d) Communication regarding the Product & Planning the Requirement Based on Unit Requirement.

(e) Suggesting the Product Alternate at the time of short supply, & Tracking the Product available at other Vitamed Location,

(f) Support in product liquidation, by allocating the qty & informing the respective units.

(g) Suggesting the Products which can lead to Profitability based on Consumption.

(h) Daily Monitoring Dashboard of units wise OP Purchase & suggest them in procuring the material through Vitamed.

2. Coordinating with CPU HO, Inventory & Vitamed Purchase :

(a) Validate the Product Requirement by Feedback from Unit wise & User End,

(b) Support function in RC preparation & document validation of RC Documentation FY.

(c Maintain the Contract Management & price validation

(d) Update the product Market availability in touch with the company person.

(e) Identify the Product Gaps & process to bring them under the contract in touch with Manufacturer, Vitamed & CPU HO HYD.

(f) Initiating RC Document Approval with Higher ups & Sending to HO

3. Coordination with Inventory Team HYD HO :

(a) With Support of Inventory team Monitoring the Fill rate,

(b) Sharing the Data for Indent V/s Not supplied, to Channel Partner (Vitamed),

(c) Helping them to procure the necessary product to avoid NS,

(d) Sharing the OP Data & addressing the product movement & Availability.

(e) Closure of Non Moving & Near Expiry Coordination with AHEL Units to Vitamed,

(f) Pitching in with respective company people for Return Approval delays.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Comprehensive understanding of general pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
• Strong personality with excellent communication and email writing skills.
• Proficient in price negotiation and convincing suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently and maintain detailed records.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and procurement needs.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Negotiation skills
