Purchase & Logistics Coordinator Exports

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Logistics Coordinator specializing in Exports. You will be responsible for managing supplier sourcing, negotiating product rates, and coordinating logistics to ensure cost-effective procurement and timely shipment of agro products and spices to international markets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding reliable suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations for various commodities and packaging materials, negotiating pricing and delivery terms with suppliers, and liaising with freight forwarders, transport companies, and CHA for logistics and shipping rates. You will coordinate with the export team for documentation, packaging, and shipment dispatch, while also maintaining and updating supplier and logistics rate databases for each product. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and price fluctuations to support strategic purchasing decisions, ensure compliance with international trade regulations and food safety standards, and work closely with the sales team to fulfill export orders on time and within budget. Monitoring inventory levels and scheduling purchases to avoid stock shortages or excesses will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. Performance bonuses are provided to recognize your hard work and dedication.
