Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, on-site Purchase & Inventory Accounts role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities involve managing end-to-end purchasing processes, creating and handling purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role includes vendor management, monitoring stock levels, analyzing purchase trends, and ensuring a seamless supply chain while meeting quality and cost-efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Proven experience in Purchasing and Vendor Management practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring inventory and optimizing supply chain efficiency
• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in managing inventory accounting systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the organic food or dairy sectors is a plus
• Proficiency with inventory management tools and software
