Purchase Executive(Male)

As a Purchase Executive with a technical background in Electrical or Electronics, your role will involve managing procurement operations in a technical environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in identifying suppliers and vendors for electrical and electronic components, tools, and systems. - Requesting and evaluating quotations based on cost, technical specifications, and delivery timelines. - Supporting in preparing and issuing purchase orders. - Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. - Working closely with project and technical teams to understand material requirements. - Tracking and maintaining procurement records, delivery logs, and vendor databases. - Following up on delayed deliveries or quality issues with vendors. - Supporting in maintaining inventory levels and updating procurement status regularly. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Educational background in Electrical/Electronics (Diploma or B.Tech/B.E.). - Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and systems. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Willingness to learn procurement processes and vendor coordination. - Strong attention to detail and time management. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of ERP or procurement software (can be trained if fresher). Male candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a technical procurement role are preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and work location in person.,
