Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive / Store Keeper with prior hotel industry experience to manage procurement activities, inventory control, and store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase of raw materials, groceries, kitchen supplies, and other hotel requirements
• Identify and coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain proper stock records, GRN, issue registers, and inventory reports
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory to avoid shortages or wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations team for daily requirements
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
• Verify invoices and support accounts team for bill processing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel purchasing or store keeping is mandatory
• Knowledge of hotel inventory systems and vendor management
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing/inventory software preferred)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
