Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of technical spare parts, equipment, consumables, and maintenance materials for amusement and entertainment machines.

The role involves technical sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, purchase order processing, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and procurement cost control.

Candidates with experience in technical spare-parts procurement, equipment purchasing, or maintenance-related procurement are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop vendors, OEMs, authorised distributors, and local suppliers for technical spare parts.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranty conditions, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and internal procedures.
• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to forecast spare-parts requirements.
• Monitor stock availability, reorder levels, and critical spare-parts requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist with import procurement, shipment tracking, and related documentation where required.
• Verify specifications, quality, compatibility, and authenticity of purchased components.
• Coordinate warranty claims, returns, replacements, and supplier quality issues.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, invoices, and goods receipt documentation.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice verification, GST documentation, and vendor payments.
• Prepare procurement reports and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or a relevant technical diploma.
• B.Com or BBA candidates with relevant technical procurement or supply chain experience may also apply.
• 3–7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or technical spare-parts management.
• Experience in family entertainment centres, gaming, amusement, bowling, cinema, hospitality, manufacturing, or technical equipment procurement is preferred.
• Knowledge of technical components, spare-parts specifications, and vendor comparison is an advantage.

Compensation and Work Schedule

Monthly salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000, depending on experience and suitability.

Working hours are 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.
