Job Description

As a Procurement Manager at our company, your role will involve identifying and developing new vendors, negotiating and optimizing costing, reducing dependency on single vendors, and identifying alternate vendors. You will be responsible for following up with vendors on a daily basis to avoid delays in procurement and using new age tools to predict shortages and plan raw material stock accordingly. Additionally, you will assist the Quality Control team by evaluating vendors through vendor visits and managing the end-to-end supply chain, including rejections, subcontracts, and job work. Your skill set should include clear, crisp, and professional communication skills, the ability to negotiate without compromising on product quality, strong execution ability with a clear mind, a good understanding of electronics, product assembly, and electrical panels, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical or related discipline, or equivalent experience. You should have 1-3 years of experience managing procurement in the electronics/electrical domain. If you join our team, you will be based in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The salary range for this position is CTC 3 to 5 LPA.,
