Job Description (JD): Land Purchase & Coordination

Designation: Land Acquisition Officer
Department: Projects / Operations / Real Estate
Reports To: Director

Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying, negotiating, purchasing, and coordinating all activities related to land acquisition for company projects. Acts as a link between landowners, government authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of land deals and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels as per company requirements.
• Conduct site visits, verify ownership records, and assess legal and technical aspects.
• Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and local authorities for land purchase.
• Coordinate with legal, accounts, and documentation teams for agreement preparation and registration.
• Maintain proper records of land documents, maps, and ownership details.
• Liaise with government departments for approvals, NOCs, and compliance formalities.
• Prepare reports and updates on ongoing and completed land deals.
• Build strong local network and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Real Estate, Business, or Law).
• Good knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and registration process.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
