Purchase Executive

You will be working as a Purchase Executive at KRIDUCTS HVAC ANCILLARIES PVT LTD, a prominent HVAC duct manufacturing company based in Chennai with a legacy of over 40 years. The company specializes in producing TDF Rectangular Ducts, Spiral Ducts, Insulated Ducts, and Duct fittings. Known for our commitment to delivering top-notch products promptly, we cater to the substantial requirements of our clients while upholding the highest quality standards, establishing ourselves as a preferred vendor in the industry. As a full-time hybrid role based in Sriperumbudur, you will handle purchase orders and requisitions, supervise procurement procedures, and ensure the smooth functioning of purchase management operations. Your daily responsibilities will involve liaising with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining detailed records of purchase transactions. To excel in this role, you should possess adept skills in managing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, along with a solid background in Purchase Management and Procurement processes. Your success will also hinge on your excellent communication abilities, robust negotiation skills, and impeccable organizational acumen. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential, paired with proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems. While prior experience in a purchasing or procurement position is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
