Job Description

TITLE Executive-Purchase (IDM&S) Tooling, Shop supplies, Consumables and Services HOLDER Vacant REPORTS TO Silja V C REPORTING POSITIONS Manager - Purchasing KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN TASKS Daily Activities: • PR to PO conversion & approval (Ariba & XA)- All categories. • PR to PO conversion database updating. • Material fallow ups- Critical • RFQ process as per user requirement. • Negotiations and Quote from multiple suppliers. • Vendor Registration and Modification. • Supplier Payment follow-ups. • Critical spares Review meeting with the PES team (Weekly) • Attending payment query calls from finance (weekly twice). • Prepare for sourcing table and get approval from sourcing table. • Keep all the backup for parts which are approved in sourcing table. Monthly Activities: • Handling tooling Accessories procurements from suppliers • Audit requirements, NDA & agreement execution in CMS portal. • Rate contract execution • Cost saving activities capturing. Yearly Activities: • AMC Preparation • Preparing Service Agreements • Identifying new local suppliers for IDM materials. • Handling ABG • GST review with the taxation team EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITY Price negotiation Understand the business case Shop supplies and consumables Procurement TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY/PERSONALITY Contribute to the achievement of common goals by: Business unit scorecard Meet all MOPs (Measure of performance ) Communication Respect other team members Stand-in under exceptional circumstances Proactive on company and Stake holder requirements.
