Purchase Executive (Export House)

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase and PPC Assistant with experience in ERP systems. Your primary responsibility will be to support procurement processes by creating and managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient operations. You should have a basic understanding of storekeeping and be prepared to assist with local vendor visits and deliveries while collaborating effectively with the production team. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating and managing purchase orders through the ERP system to ensure timely procurement of materials. - Tracking inventory levels to help ensure stock availability for production and business needs. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors for accurate and timely deliveries. - Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports in the ERP system regarding purchase activities. - Coordinating effectively with vendors and the production department for smooth operations. - Utilizing basic storekeeping knowledge to manage incoming inventory and product storage. - Owning a motorcycle for vendor visits and local deliveries. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Knowledge and experience using ERP systems for procurement and inventory management. - Basic understanding of storekeeping. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills. - Must own a motorcycle. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in a similar procurement or inventory management role. - Familiarity with vendor dispatch tracking and management. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The work location is in person. You should have at least 1 year of experience in purchasing, export house, and ERP systems.,
