1. Track PR/PO generation trends, material lead times
2. Flag Shortage or delays based on demand/Sales Plan.
1. Maintain Daily/Weekly/Monthly purchase MIS Reports ( Ex - PO Vs GRN, Item - wise consumption and stock Vs Plan.
2. Monitor Pending POs, Delivery Status , Vendor Wise order fulfillment.
1. Share PO Reports with vendors.
2. Follow Up on shipment/Delivery Confirmations.
3. Assist in vendor evolution reports.
