Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections on copper tube products using FPA, 7 QC Tools, 4M, Layout Inspection, Line Balancing, RCA, Drawing Reading, and other relevant tools. Perform MSA (Measurement System Analysis) to ensure accuracy of measurement processes. Identify and report defects or non-conformities found during inspection using Copper Tube PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis). Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for improving product quality. Ensure compliance with ISO standards by maintaining accurate records of inspection results. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate From RAC Industry Preferred Strong understanding of IPQC (In process Quality Control) principles and practices. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting manufacturing specifications. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
