Purchase Executive (Bio medical Engineer)

As a Purchase Executive at Cyrix Health Care, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure efficient procurement processes and timely delivery of materials. Your key responsibilities include: - Preparation of Monthly KPI Sheet to track the status of Purchase Orders, distinguishing between closed and open orders. - Daily monitoring of the Pending Dashboard PR Status to ensure timely actions on pending purchase requisitions. - Providing status updates on pending PR to all Divisional & Zonal Managers in response to dashboard complaints. - Following up with OEMs/Vendors for one-time service complaints and obtaining service reports post-service visits. - Collecting quotations from concerned vendors for any spare parts required against one-time service visits. - Sharing quotations with Divisional & Zonal Managers for Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order Management. - Regularly following up with all vendors based on raised Purchase Orders. - Tracking dispatched materials from vendors and coordinating with the courier company for timely delivery. - Communicating with vendors via calls and emails post-material receipt for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) from the concerned department. - Sharing daily PO reports with the Reporting Manager. - Managing and reconciling all pending invoices of the UP Zone Accounting. - Receiving parcels, maintaining courier receipt book data/register, and forwarding them to the relevant personnel for further processing.
