Job Description

Role & responsibilities

    • Prepare purchase requisitions and  purchase orders in a timely manner.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
    • Track purchase expenses and ensure adherence to procurement budgets.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation (POs, invoices, delivery challans, contracts).
    • Comply with all statutory and organizational procurement policies.
    • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on material availability and purchase status.
    • Working knowledge of procurement software / ERP.
