The telephone number and the email address on the website for Puraniks doesn't work. The email bounced back and the number when dialled, says it doesn't exist. This indeed rings alarm bells!!

Does not deliver on time…. Twists and turns agreements to incorporate extended plans which do not exist in the beginning….. does not complete a project completely. I am a resident of Rumah Bali….. a project which does not even have a gate till now. Its a 10 year old society

Very unprofessional . Whether its the quality of construction of their aarambh project in kasarvadavli or their crm behavior towards flat owners. Everything is pathetic. Please guys don't fall in false promises by this builder.If you really want to buy property in Thane then head towards raunak,parkwood,lodha builder.
