I was searching for ZERO star.. DO NOT.. DO NOT buy any flat from Puranik. you will lose your sleep. i booked a flat in their Tokyo bay and in Dec 2016. The flat has not been handed over yet. my experience with Puranik is pathetic. So, please refrain from dealing with this builder.

Don’t finish the work within the deadline. They haven’t built a gate in Rumah Bali for ages now. They have not even completed the amenities. And just one swimming pool nd club house for the entire society. That too there’s no hope when it’s gonna b completed. Hopeless builders.
