One of the worst builders in terms of quality of construction, amenities, customer service. Do not waste your hard earned money on any of their projects. We have bought a flat in one of their projects at Pune and have been suffering since day 1. Pathetic quality of construction and services.

If you compare their prices and construction with any other projects in Neral or Thane you will get good returns on their flats because it is well priced with spacious rooms. Also, I got my flat possession as per the promised RERA deadline as expected, so happy with my purchase.

I had very bad experience with Puranik Builder. I had visited to their one of the project “Grant Central” at Thane in 2018. We paid 51 k amount for booking. However we have cancelled our booking next day. But still we have not received back till today. Be careful. Very unethical people.
