Internship Role

Puja Services Coordinator Interns (Tamil)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling puja services from booking to completion Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers and pandits in

  Tamil and English

  to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support in resolving customer queries and service-related issues
• Help manage daily operational tasks and booking workflows
• Ensure puja services follow cultural, ritual, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and coordination details using internal systems

Eligibility & Qualification

• Graduate / Final-year student / Recent graduate preferred
• Fluency in

  Tamil and English

  (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in operations, customer service, or service coordination
• Basic understanding of Hindu rituals is a plus (training will be provided)
• Comfortable using technology, WhatsApp, calls, and office applications
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment
