Role Description We are seeking a full-time Puja Services Coordinator - Tamil to join our team. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru with occasional opportunities to work from home. The Puja Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of puja services, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and pandits. The role also involves resolving customer inquiries, overseeing operational processes, and upholding cultural and service standards through careful planning and execution. Qualifications Strong Service Coordination skills with the ability to organize and manage end-to-end puja services Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with clients and pandits proficiently Experience in Operations Management and Customer Service is essential Fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Understanding of Hindu rituals and practices is highly desirable Proficiency with technology and office management applications Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Internship Role We are looking for enthusiastic Puja Services Coordinator Interns (Tamil) to join our Bengaluru team for a 2-month paid, on-site internship . As an intern, you will assist in the end-to-end coordination of puja services , work closely with clients and pandits, and gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and cultural service management. High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship.
