As an Associate / Technical Publication Engineer at Our Client in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for developing, writing, and maintaining clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, system documentation, SOPs, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Structuring content using XML and DITA standards - Creating and managing modular content using a Component Content Management System (CCMS) - Collaborating with engineers, developers, product managers, and QA teams to gather information and understand technical concepts - Ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with style guidelines - Publishing content using tools like Adobe Experience Manager, FrameMaker, and Adobe Creative Cloud - Performing regular XML validation and quality checks - Continuously improving documentation based on user feedback and usability studies Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer or Information Developer in a technology-driven environment - Strong knowledge of markup languages, especially XML (including structure and validation) and familiarity with DITA - Solid understanding of technical documentation principles and structured writing - Familiarity with content modeling and reusable documentation components Preferred Skills: - Working knowledge of Markdown - Experience with CCMS platforms, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe FrameMaker, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite About Our Client: Our Client has been a leader in applying innovative technology and adopting AI to deliver high-quality translations quickly, efficiently, and at scale for over 25 years.
