Publication Co-Ordinator

As a Publication Co-Ordinator at MBA Journals, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the publication projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and collaborating with Publication Research Executives and Marketing Executives to ensure accountability and profitability in the publication projects. - Supervising editing and publication of journals and books, focusing on online journals. - Overseeing the editorial, design, publication-production, and operation management processes. - Coordinating freelance designers, copyeditors, and proofreaders. - Developing market plans for promoting journals and books, including advertising at various levels. - Creating opportunities for promotion through special publishing programs and financial models. - Coordinating publication and supply logistics, including budgeting and forecasting operational costs. - Obtaining ISSN and maintaining a list of ISBNs for books and journals. - Implementing quality control measures throughout the publication process. Qualifications required for this position include an M.Sc degree and relevant experience of 3-5 years. Additionally, you will report project milestones to the Head of publications and handle any other duties assigned by the Head of publications and the Director.
