Studies/ evaluates already published titles (books/ reports), opines on possible improvement/ revision/ phasing- out. Takes requisite quality measures in bringing-out/ forthcoming books and journals. Checks/ evaluates the titles on the quality norms in regards to layout, design, paper, printing, embodied thought- contents, relevance, copyright concerns/plagiarism etc.,
