Role Highlights:

- Support team members with daily PR activities

- Monitor media for opportunities and oversee content production

- Attend client meetings and prepare regular client reports

- Strategise quarterly plans/monthly reports

- Research, write, distribute press releases, promote news stories/features to media

- Understand industry trends for appropriate communication strategy

- Collate, analyse and evaluate media coverage

- Maintain client-agency relations and navigate crisis communications when needed
