We are looking to hire IPO Senior Account Executive for our Mumbai branch.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Media Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with national, business, financial and sector-specific media, journalists, editors and industry forums.
• Secure consistent, high-quality media coverage across print, online, television and digital platforms for IPO and capital market clients.
• Proactively pitch story ideas, manage media interactions and support spokespersons during interviews, briefings, analyst meets and roadshows.

Content Development

• Draft high-quality PR content including

  press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, FAQs, messaging documents, backgrounders and basic thought leadership pieces

  .
• Demonstrate strong affinity and comfort in understanding

  financial data, IPO metrics, balance sheets, growth numbers and market commentary

  .
• Adapt and proof content for multiple platforms (print, online, social, video), ensuring message clarity, regulatory sensitivity and brand consistency.

Media Monitoring & Documentation

• Monitor and track media coverage across print, online, social media and YouTube; proactively flag risks, opportunities and sentiment trends.
• Prepare

  daily/weekly news reports, coverage dossiers, qualitative and quantitative media analysis, campaign reports, post-event summaries, and quarterly/annual PR review documents

  .

Collaboration & Client Servicing

• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, designers and vendors to deliver integrated PR campaigns within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain strong PR hygiene by staying updated on client requirements, industry developments and regulatory sensitivities.
• Document meeting minutes, action points and ensure timely closure of all client deliverables.
• Support senior team members on

  new business pitches, proposals and presentations

  , especially for IPO and financial communication mandates.

Sector Knowledge, Tools & Interpersonal Skills

• Leverage understanding of the

  Capital Markets / IPO ecosystem

  to craft relevant narratives and support domain-specific media outreach.
• Use

  Microsoft Office, AI-based tools and Canva

  for presentations, reports, media trackers and basic social creatives.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ambition, adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
