Public Relations Officer (PRO)


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the school and parents/community.
  • Manage admissions inquiries, coordinate school tours, and provide necessary information to prospective parents.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee events, workshops, and outreach programs.
  • Handle communication across print, digital, and social media platforms to strengthen the school’s image.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and official communication materials.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and educational networks.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Prior experience in PR/Marketing/Education sector preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
