Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise & Business Development

• Support

  school franchise acquisition

  by promoting the brand to potential partners and investors.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with franchise prospects.
  
• Assist leadership in preparing franchise proposals, brochures, and pitch materials.
  

Branding & Public Relations

• Plan and execute

  branding initiatives

  to enhance the schools public image.
• Represent the school during

  events, exhibitions, education fairs, and open houses

  .
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, corporate partners, education bodies, and the local community.
  
• Coordinate with marketing and digital teams for consistent brand communication.
  

Events & Promotions

• Lead PR activities during

  school events, celebrations, competitions, and launches

  .
• Ensure brand visibility through banners, displays, media coverage, and promotional materials.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for branding collaterals, signage, and event logistics.
  

Media & Communication

• Liaise with media agencies, newspapers, and digital platforms for press coverage.
  
• Draft press releases, event announcements, and promotional content.
  
• Handle public inquiries and ensure positive stakeholder communication.
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records of franchise leads, PR activities, and branding outcomes.
  
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on outreach and branding efforts.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Management

  .
• Proven experience in

  PR, branding, franchise development, or school marketing

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to represent the school professionally in public forums.
  
• Willingness to travel and work during events and weekends when required.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in

  educational institutions or school groups

  .
• Knowledge of franchise models in the education sector.
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotions.
