Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fieldwork to identify and generate leads for admissions.
• Achieve set daily targets for lead collection.
• Engage with parents to provide information about the schools offerings and benefits.
• Build strong relationships with prospective parents, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
• Work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into admissions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Any graduate.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Extrovert personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Strong communication skills to articulate school values convincingly.
• Excellent convincing skills to inspire confidence in the school’s vision.
• Energetic and target-driven mindset.
Details:
• Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).
• Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off)
