Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Officer for one of the most reputed hospitals in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image of the hospital through media, communication, and community engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective PR campaigns and media strategies
• Manage relationships with media, patients, and the public
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, and promotional content
• Coordinate hospital events, health camps, and public awareness programs
• Handle patient feedback, grievances, and public inquiries
• Support digital and social media presence in collaboration with the marketing team
• Ensure brand consistency and reputation management
• Act as the hospital's spokesperson when needed
