Job Overview We are seeking a well-spoken, polished, and client-focused Public Relations Officer (Front Office) to be the first point of contact for all walk-in clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment while assisting in maintaining our premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism. Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide relevant information. Assist clients with basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department/person. Keep records of client visits and feedback for internal review. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling and scheduling appointments. Represent the brand image with grace, courtesy, and professionalism. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or public relations role (preferably in luxury retail or hospitality). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed appearance and a pleasant personality. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email). Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
