Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery pieces based on style, budget, and occasion.
Explain product details including purity, weight, making charges, certification, and after-sales services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and relationship management.
Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of sales experience in a retail jewellery environment (preferred).
Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
