Aouraa Production & Entertainment is a New Delhi-based Celebrity and Event Management company founded in 2010. Specializing in celebrity management, wedding planning, corporate events, and live concerts, we strive to create successful and memorable events for our clients.

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and creative PR & Marketing professional to manage the company’s public image while also driving marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong media relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and executing effective marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations (PR):

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media kits, speeches, and official communications.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, events, and public appearances.
• Monitor media coverage and manage brand messaging.

Offline Marketing:

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (events, exhibitions, roadshows, activations).
• Coordinate branding materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and standees.
• Manage vendor coordination for printing, events, and promotions.
• Organize corporate events, launches, and promotional activities.
• Develop partnerships and collaborations for brand promotion.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, presentable, and people-oriented personality.
• Experience in PR, offline marketing, events, or brand promotions.
• Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
• Creative thinking with practical execution ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
