Job Summary:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will act as the face of myG at the store level, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, institutions, and the local community. The role focuses on promoting the myG brand, generating footfall, coordinating local marketing activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the myG brand through direct interaction with walk-in customers, institutions, and nearby businesses.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase store visibility and customer engagement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by generating qualified leads and assisting in conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing department for branding materials, events, and campaigns.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the store manager when required.
• Prepare daily reports on customer interactions, lead generation, and promotional outcomes.
• Ensure professional representation of the brand at all times within and outside the store.
• Assist with store events, product launches, and local tie-ups to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in retail.

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart appearance and excellent grooming (mandatory).
• Strong customer-handling and public-speaking ability.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
