Public Relation Manager

You will be responsible for managing PR accounts and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to create and execute PR strategies aligned with clients" business goals and lead on key projects or retainer assignments independently. Handling all media relations across various platforms and coordinating logistics for meetings, media events, and client engagements will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be drafting and delivering client reports, working with media houses, influencers, and bloggers, and creating engaging content tailored for media and customers. Guiding and mentoring junior team members, evaluating account servicing processes, and suggesting improvements will also be expected from you. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of relevant experience in PR with hands-on experience in Startup, Hospitality, Education, and Lifestyle verticals. - Excellent communication and client management skills. - Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff. - Strong relationships with key media and influencers. - Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
