Job Title : Psychology Counsellor Location : Goregaon, Mumbai Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Type : Full-time Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field Experience : 1–3 Gender : Both Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychology Counsellor to join our mental health and wellness team. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group counselling sessions to clients, addressing emotional, psychological, academic, or behavioral concerns. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and psychological evaluations of clients. Provide individual and group counselling to clients (adolescents and adults). Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and develop action plans. Maintain client records with confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Refer clients to specialists or external services when necessary. Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, educators, or HR professionals depending on the setting (clinic, school, corporate). Conduct workshops or awareness sessions on mental health and well-being. Monitor progress and adapt counselling techniques to suit individual client needs. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Counseling (Master’s preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of therapeutic methods and mental health interventions. Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Marathi preferred). Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor.
