Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one interactions with clients to promote and support their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Assess clients’ needs, concerns, and goals, and provide appropriate guidance for therapy, counseling, or relevant training programs.
• Monitor and follow up on clients’ progress, ensuring continuity of care and timely intervention as needed.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to client queries and concerns, providing clear information and support.
• Collaborate with therapists during consultations by attending sessions, taking detailed notes, and coordinating necessary follow-ups with clients to support their therapeutic journey.

Requirements

• Full-time availability in Ahmedabad (apply if you plan to move, however the company cannot support relocation)
• Undergraduate degree in psychology
• Graduate degree (masters) often required or favoured
• Well versed to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
• Good spoken and written English skills along with spoken Hindi.
