Assess clients’ needs, concerns, and goals, and provide appropriate guidance for therapy, counseling, or relevant training programs. Monitor and follow up on clients’ progress, ensuring continuity of care and timely intervention as needed. Respond promptly and empathetically to client queries and concerns, providing clear information and support. Collaborate with therapists during consultations by attending sessions, taking detailed notes, and coordinating necessary follow-ups with clients to support their therapeutic journey. Requirements : Undergraduate degree in psychology Graduate degree (masters) often required or favoured Well versed to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs. Good spoken and written English skills along with spoken Hindi.
