Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-groomed, professional, Marathi-speaking male psychologist to join our team. The role involves delivering psychological assessments, counselling sessions, community outreach, and research-based interventions. You will frequently travel for community visits, workshops, and field assignments, engaging with diverse audiences while upholding high professional standards.

Freshers with the right qualifications and internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions in Marathi and English.
• Administer and interpret psychological assessments and screening tools.
• Travel frequently for community visits, outreach programs, and institutional projects across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
• Design and deliver mental health awareness sessions, workshops, and interventions.
• Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and research documentation.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate partners for program delivery.
• Assist in research projects, data analysis, and report writing as required.
• Maintain confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and professional ethics in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or Applied Psychology).

Experience:

• Mandatory completion of a full-time internship in psychology.
• Research work experience will be an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply if internship requirements are met.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Marathi (mandatory) and proficient in English.

Other Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Good presentation skills for workshops and awareness programs.
